Use this website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the website or submit unlawful content. Website information describes potential services and does not constitute a binding project offer.

Proposals and project agreements

An enquiry does not create a contract. Work begins only after scope, fees, payment stages, deliverables, timeline and responsibilities have been agreed in writing. A project-specific agreement governs the services and takes precedence over general website descriptions where permitted by law.

Fees and third-party costs

Prices are quoted for the agreed scope. Domains, hosting, software licences, payment processing, advertising spend and other third-party costs are excluded unless the proposal expressly includes them. Any recurring charges and taxes must be stated in the agreement.

Client responsibilities

Clients must supply accurate business information, timely approvals and authorised access or materials where required. Changes, missing content or delayed approvals may affect cost and delivery dates. Additional work is agreed before it is undertaken.

Intellectual property

Website materials may not be reproduced without permission except as permitted by law. Ownership, third-party licences and rights in commissioned project work are defined in the project agreement.

Outcomes and availability

Search rankings, advertising approval, sales and visitor numbers are not guaranteed. Website information may be updated, and uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
